SHIPPING
Purchases will be mailed via United States Post Office Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. The charge for shipping and handling is $5.95 domestic and $19.95 international. While we make every effort to ship within 24 to 48 hours, customers are asked to allow five to seven business days for delivery. Overseas delivery will take longer. We make every attempt to honor special requests for overnight or two-day delivery.
RETURNS
Our goal is you to give you a pleasant and rewarding shopping experience at Alice Cosmetics. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within five business days via phone, fax, or e-mail to returns@alicecosmetics.com, stating the reason for dissatisfaction, and we will send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label to you. Simply place the RMA label on the outside of the box. Customers are responsible for return postage. Samples are not returnable.
Please note that we cannot, in compliance with FDA regulations—nor will we ever, under any circumstances—resell any makeup that has been opened. When ordering, please choose colors carefully. If you have questions regarding shades, ingredients, or any other aspect of our products, please call or e-mail us at info@alicecosmetics.com with questions, or fill out the Contact Us form, before placing an order.
CANCELLATIONS
Notice of order cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order by calling 508-896-4409 or e-mailing us at info@alicecosmetics.com.
